Sports & Exercise Medicine

We offer a deeper, science-based understanding of sports injuries, prevention, and exercise prescription

Sports & exercise medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and conditions related to physical activity, exercise, and sports.

It integrates medical expertise with knowledge of sports science to optimise health and performance for individuals of all ages and activity levels, from recreational athletes to elite professionals.

As well as being a sports chiropractor, our clinic director Chris studied sports medicine at the Institute for Sport, Exercise & Health, and received a Masters degree with merit from University College London.

His special interests within the field of sports medicine are rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, and public health.
