Initial consultation
Your first visit to the clinic is typically longer, where we will discuss your medical history with you, perform a physical exam, neurological and orthopaedic tests, as well as assess your posture and movement.
Unless contraindicated, you will receive your first Chiropractic treatment at this session.
At the end of this session we will provide you with treatment plan options designed around you.
Follow up treatments
Standard follow up visits comprise of a re-assessment of your condition, and treatment.
Your rate of improvement will depend on how long you have had the problem, your age, your fitness, and a range of other lifestyle factors such as stress and diet.
If you follow our advice on rehabilitation exercises and visit frequency, you are more likely to have better results.
