About you

  • A minimum of 2 year’s healthcare management experience.

  • A proven track record leading and managing a team.

  • Able to deliver outstanding customer service, and exceed sales targets.

  • A positive mindset, able to instil a positive culture amongst colleagues.

  • A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, driven with a desire to take ownership of your work.

  • An effective communicator at all levels, and able to delegate to staff efficiently.

  • Comfortable with IT admin tools and social media skill sets.


Core Responsibilities

  • 360 operational management across three practice sites.

  • Implement systems of management, to include Human Resources, Marketing, and Financial Management to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Recruit, train and manage administrative staff.

  • Supervise the work of the reception team and co-ordinate support services for clinical team members.

  • Lead clinical meetings to understand how the Clinical and Administrative team can work closely together.

  • Maintain quality standards, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee, implement and track company wide KPI performance.

  • Strategic management, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.

  • Audit and oversee the smooth implementation of the patient journey.

Want to know a bit more about us?

Dr Chris is a successful and experienced Chiropractor who enjoys training and mentoring new graduates to help them become confident, sought after clinicians.

He is a 2014 graduate of McTimoney College of Chiropractic, and he set up Hackney Chiropractic Clinic in London later the same year. Originally from Scotland, he has lived in London for 20 years, where his passion for London life and culture continues to grow.

He has a special interest in sport and is a certified DNS practitioner from the Prague School of Rehabilitation. He is a member of FICS (Federation Internationale Chiropractic du Sport) and has completed the ICSC qualification. He is the team Chiropractor for East London Boxing Academy, and is currently completing his MSc in Sports Medicine part-time at UCL in London.

He is a PRT trainer for the Royal College of Chiropractors, and is passionate about sharing his experience to help young graduates grow into confident clinicians.
